I received a package containing one of two items ordered, and sent an email regarding immediately, and a follow up several days later, and have had no reply. The licorice was tasty, but im not very happy with your customer service. Also, it was in my rural mailbox , which got very hot; tbere was a tiny ice pack, which was 101°F. I’m sure this is difficult to avoid, but it could be dealt with in other ways, for example, held at PO for pick up, or the like. I had no idea how it would arrive, or how it would be packaged. Luckily it’s was ok for the hard candies. I would certainly like a response from the company, and either a refund, or delivery of what I ordered!
Hi there! I am NOT a lover of annis/black licorice, however, own a Scandinavian shop and will certainly consider stocking these items for those who DO love it.
Although I can't eat them, samples given away have had good feedback. I think the packaging and marketing is great, and the candy itself is visually appealing.
Everything about this just works!It starts with creamy dulce de leche, all soft and sweet—then the salty licorice crashes in like a wave of bold confidence. Just when you think it’s too much, the smoked sea salt adds a perfect whisper of calm.

"OMFG! That licorice!
This one needs to be eaten with something like aquavit or grappa. I can taste the tears of my ancestors in it. It needs strong, painful alcohol to go with it."
