The soft and creamy caramel combined with the intense licorice creates a harmony of flavors that is utterly irresistible. Fucking Fabulous
Really good, but not as good as Chilla Gunilla in my opinion.
Yes, they are fucking fabulous. True statement. I only just discovered the combo of licorice and chocolate and I will eat it forever now.
F*cking Fabulous was our favorite flavour on our first try, and one which we quickly shared with our most deserving loved ones. on our second try, though, we discovered there had been a change to the recipe. our "old" version was an intriguingly smokey outer dusting of fine black salt that paved the way to a milk chocolatey, creamy dulce dream that melted away into a lightly sweet and salty, chewy licorice core...complex, surrpising and so good. on our second try, though, it suddenly had a thick, coarse, sharp, dry, harshly oversalted, too roughly textured crust (think: rough edge of an emery board) that was just a too long, too rough intro that left the tongue, roof of the mouth and palate too dried, scraped and exhausted to enjoy the eventual layers that would have provided the soothing counterbalance and pleasurable reward at the end. the outer, salt coating is still black, but we did not pick up that familiar, light smokiness it used to have. unsure if this last batch was an miscalculation, a salty spill, an unhappy new, much coarser black salt source, or if this wonderful flavor is permanently changed, perhaps now meant as a jumping board into the brand's harsher, saltier offerings... for us, and for our gift recipients, this flavor was just perfect as it was. : ( we will wait until Salted Caramel is restocked to reorder, and hope we might see some additional, adventurous flavors here that the brand is sharing with its global customers. Pilska and Shut the Fudge Up seem like they would be wonderful flavors to try, as would anything with coffee, spice, or creamy, buttery flavours.
Excellent licorice!
I received a package containing one of two items ordered, and sent an email regarding immediately, and a follow up several days later, and have had no reply. The licorice was tasty, but im not very happy with your customer service. Also, it was in my rural mailbox , which got very hot; tbere was a tiny ice pack, which was 101°F. I’m sure this is difficult to avoid, but it could be dealt with in other ways, for example, held at PO for pick up, or the like. I had no idea how it would arrive, or how it would be packaged. Luckily it’s was ok for the hard candies. I would certainly like a response from the company, and either a refund, or delivery of what I ordered!
